Managing Partner
Alexandra founded the litigation practice in 1987 and has since built Chambers & Sterling into one of New Zealand's most respected boutique firms. She has appeared in over 200 High Court matters and is recognised as a leading silk in commercial disputes. Her practice focuses on complex shareholder disputes, securities litigation, and regulatory investigations.

James leads the corporate practice and brings over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on some of New Zealand's largest transactions and is known for his strategic approach to complex deals. Prior to law, James worked in investment banking, giving him unique insight into commercial imperatives.
